Words will fail the most gifted writer trying to express the contentment, the supreme fulfilment that the Puja gave us, that we could all experience.

The grand function was organized at the behest of Sri Bala Periyava.

It was Adi Sankara Bhagaval Padhaal who revived the practice of Panchayatana Puja and passed the treasure right down to our generation. In the last fifteen years we see it being organised regularly in Chennai and elsewhere as a group activity. Several camps were held.

So what was special about yesterday’s event? The distinction was that it was conducted at the Periyavas’ Sannidhanam, Maha Periava and Pudu Periava Adhishtanams, in the precincts of our own Kanchi Mulamnaya Sarvagna Peeta Sankara Mutt. What can be more gratifying? It is no less than a blessing on us. Divine bliss.
